Marie Curtis Park
2 FORTY SECOND ST
One of Toronto’s coolest splash pads can be found at this lakeside destination, where tall, multi-hued sprayers that some have described as creatures out of a Dr. Seuss book will douse your kids with water. Marie Curtis Park also features a wading pool, and excellent playground with Muskoka chairs for the grown-ups. On the other side of the park there is a beautiful public swimming beach, picnic spots and a kid-friendly nature path to the lake. Throughout this park, you can find an abundance of wildlife and native plants making it the perfect afternoon excursion for the family.
