The former lands of the Christie factory are slated for a mix-use of commercial, residential and public space including the new Park Lawn GO Train on 28 acres of land. The much needed transit hub is a welcome addition to Humber Bay Shores as residents voiced their concerns over the lack of quick public transit access to downtown Toronto.
